Fix-Perfect™ 20° • Cast Iron

The Fix Perfect 20° lead angle for face milling operations is a great cutting-edge solution for cast iron and compacted graphite iron (CGI) applications. These inserts are available with either four or eight true cutting edges. The cutter design is exceptionally stable, employing tangential inserts suited for high feed rates. Designed with fixed and adjustable pocket seats for wiper inserts further enhances its adaptability, allowing users to achieve superior surface finishes. With a user-friendly adjustment feature for wiper inserts, this tool is easily customizable to meet specific machining requirements. Fix Perfect 20° inserts are available for roughing and finishing face milling operations.
