Drill Fix DFT Side Inserts (A1 Heads, diameters above 31mm)

The DrillFix DFT inserts are engineered to improve edge toughness, lengthen tool life, and reduce depth of cut notching in a wide range of applications. The MD, DS, and HP carbide inserts are designed for use with KSEM PLUS™ A1 Heads, specifically targeting primary applications in steels, cast iron, and high-temperature alloys. They are particularly effective for outboard insert operations within a diameter range of 31.75-101.60 mm (1.250-4.000"). The DS insert geometry is optimized for longer chipping of steels and improving chip curling, breakage, and flow for smoother drilling processes.
