Inserts Mill 1-10™
The Mill 1-10 premium shoulder milling tooling systems are engineered for precision facing, ramping, lettering, plunging, side, and trochoidal milling. Whether it's light, medium, or heavy machining tasks, the Mill 1-10 shoulder mills offer efficiency while at the same time maintaining exceptional quality and cost savings. Mill 1-10 inserts feature an innovative margin that is along the main cutting corner nose radius and wiper facet for great edge stability. Their high axial and radial rakes are ideal for soft cutting action and reduced cutting forces. Available for machining several material groups including aluminum and for use with helical or standard Mill 1-10 cutters.
