Solid Reaming
Solid carbide reaming tools offer the performance you want for removing small amounts of material and enlarging and finishing pre-drilled holes. Our comprehensive offering includes the KenReam™ solid reamer series KRS102 for blind holes and KRS103 through holes for steel, KRS104 blind holes and KRS105 through holes for cast iron. Additionally, our RMS reaming tools are available with helical or straight flutes and are ideal for blind and through holes. RMS solid carbide reaming tools offer sizes starting at 5.0mm (.197") and customizable diameters ranging from 1.40mm (.055") to 14.15mm (.557".) These RMS tools are ground to H7 tolerance class and are designed with an internal coolant supply. They ensure high-speed and high-performance readiness, superior surface finish, improved hole straightness and roundness, and effective chip control, making them indispensable assets for your operations.
