Account Creation & Management

Yes, the documents and templates you see in Konnect are available on Kennametal.com.

  • Choose Sign In at the top of the website.
  • Type in your username and password.
  • Select Log In.

After you Sign In, you can manage your account using the menu options under My Account:

  • Manage Orders will allow you to access your orders, quotes, shipments, payment information, returns, invoices, and complaints. You can even download documents in the various menus to access on your local desktop or send to others.
  • My Profile will let you update your personal info and communication settings and update your Catalog and Decimal Notation preferences.
  • Additional information can be found under the Dashboard. View additional order details and channel management features using the menu on the left.

  •  Sign In to Kennametal.com and click on My Account.
  • A drop-down will appear where you can see your selected accounts. If your user ID has multiple sold-to accounts, you can select a different one by choosing Change Account. You can select a different account using the list or filtering by sold-to number, country, or zip code.
  • Follow the same process to change your ship-to account. You can also create a new ship-to. Just fill in the required information and choose Create Account.

Shopping, Quotes and Order Management

  •  Sign In to Kennametal.com and choose Quick Order.
  • Input your quantity, part numbers, and grades then select Add to Cart.
  • You can also select the Quick Order link to enter your information line by line, copy and paste, or upload a CSV file.

  • Use the search to find the product you're looking for. Search using tool name, material master #, ANSI/ISO code, and wild card functionality.
  • Narrow your search further using the filters to guide you to the product you’re looking for.
  • You can change the quantity, and see your price and availability.
  • Choose Get your price and availability to search warehouses that have the product in stock.
  • Select the product to view additional information, or you can select Add to Cart.

  • Find the products you want to quote and add them to your shopping cart.
  • Select View Cart, then Request a Quote.
  • Fill out the required information and place your quote.

  • Sign In and choose My Account.
  • Manage Orders will allow you to access your orders and quotes.
  • You can also see order and quote information on the Dashboard.

  • After adding products to your cart, select Cart, then View Cart.
  • Choose Share Cart.
  • Enter the recipients email address and Share Cart.
  • The recipient will receive an email notifying them that you shared a cart. They can access the shared cart under their Saved Carts.
