Double Angle (DAL) HiPACS solid carbide drills are tailored for machining Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics (CFRP) and Titanium Alloy (Ti) metal stacks. These drills ensure high-precision machining and are commonly used for rivet hole machining in aerospace applications. HiPACS drills are designed for lightweight and high-strength holemaking of composite materials. They are designed to be clamped in a standard hydraulic chuck, HiPACS drills are available with a straight shank and internal coolant capabilities.
