- Choose Sign In, then Create Account at the top of the website.
- Choose an account type and fill out the required information.
- When complete, choose Create Account.

Account Creation and Management

- Yes, there are no limitations to the number of accounts per custromer/company. However, each account must have a unique email address.
- No, this is not possible. You will have to create a new account with a new email, and if desired, you can deactivate the old account with the old email.
- Please contact Customer Service to deactivate your account.
Sign In to Kennametal.com and select My Account.
A drop-down will appear where you can see your selected accounts. If your user ID has multiple sold-to accounts, you can select a different one by choosing Change Account. You can select a different account using the list or filtering by sold-to number, country, or zip code.
Follow the same process to change your ship-to account. You can also create a new ship-to by filling in the required information and choose Create Account.

- Go to My Account and select Profile.
- Under Preferences you will be able to choose between ANSI/ISO and Periods/Comma.
Search and Shopping
Use the search to find the product you're looking for. Search using tool name, material master #, ANSI/ISO code, and wild card functionality.
Narrow your search further using the filters.
You can change the quantity, and see your price and availability.
Choose Get your price and availability to search warehouses that have the product in stock.
Select the product to view additional information, or you can select Add to Cart.
- Our system is set to default the lot size to the minimum order quantity. You can change the quantity, and our system will re-calculate the price.
- Go to our Distributor Finder.
- Provide your industry and location to find local distributors in your area.
- Add all products to the cart to see price and availability.
You can find spare parts in a few ways:
- Search for them in the search box in the header.
- Click on Spare Parts category in the navigation.
- Check the Spare Parts tab on the product page of the main product that needs the spare part.
Check the Display Obsolete Products box to see obsolute items. If the obsolete item is set up in SAP with a replacement, you will be inform you of the replacement. If no replacement is offered, please contact the Technical Support team for guidance.
Quotes and Order Management
Find the products you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart.
Select View Cart, then Checkout.
Fill out the required information and place your order.

Sign In to Kennametal.com and choose Quick Order.
Input your quantity, part numbers, and grades then select Add to Cart.
- You can also select the Quick Order link to enter your information line by line, copy and paste, or upload a CSV file.

Find the products you want to quote and add them to your shopping cart.
Select View Cart, then Request a Quote.
Fill out the required information and place your quote.

- Simply use the Quote History functionality in the Account Dashboard with a combination of filters. The delivery dates are included in the detailed view.
- Simply go to the Quote History, filter to the quote, and add the products to the cart from quote as needed.
- There are multiple different reasons why you may not be able to place an order online. Contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
- Find your local customer service center using the drop-down on our Customer Support page.
Sign in and select My Account.
Choose Manage Orders, then Order History.
Select the order number for more detailed information.
Sign in and select My Account.
Choose Manage Orders, then Returns.
Select RMA Return Form.
Fill out the required information and Submit.
Navigate the website to the product you want to order.
Select Get your price and availability.
The product will be updated with the proper pricing and availability.
For more detailed availability information, choose Availability.

- Once selected, click Share PDF or Export CSV to download the document.
- Add all items to the cart to see delivery dates.
Collaboration Space
- Navigate to a product.
- Click on Create Solution.
- Click on the + Add button to add compatible tooling, including inserts and adaptive items.
- As you build the solution, the 3D model will be updated. You can also access downloadable CAD files, feeds & speeds data, spare parts lists and more.

- Navigate to a product and click on Create Solution. Or open a solution you previously created.
- You will see a connection diagram of your solution.
- Click on the + Add button to add compatible tooling, including inserts and adaptive items.
- As you build the solution, the 3D model will be updated. You can also access downloadable CAD files, feeds & speeds data, spare parts lists and more.

- Navigate to a product.
- Click on Create Solution.
- Click on the + Add button to add compatible tooling, including inserts and adaptive items.
- Click on Feeds & Speeds.
- Navigate to a product.
- Choose Downloads.
- Select your models from the list.
- Click Download.
- When the model is ready, you will be prompted to download it.
You can also download CAD files for your solutions:
- Navigate to a product and click on Create Solution. Or open a solution you previously created.
- Click on Download CAD.
- Select the file types you would like, then choose Download.

- Navigate to a product.
- Click on Spare Parts.
You can also access spare parts for your solutions:
- Navigate to a product and click on Create Solution. Or open a solution you previously created.
- You will see a connection diagram of your solution.
- Select the carrot icon to expand a list of spare parts for your selected tool.
- If you are signed in, your solution will automatically be assigned to your active project. To see the project, click on its name.
- To access all your projects or create a new one, select Projects under the Collaboration Space menu.
- Create a new project or select one of your existing projects.
- After opening the project, you can see its solutions.
- Click on the three-dot menu for the solution, then Add to Project if you want to add it to a different project or create a new project.
- Select Projects under the Collaboration Space menu.
- Use the project’s three-dot menu and choose Download Report oropen the project and choose Download.
- Select your file type and click Download.
- The project report will be generated in the background. You will receive a notification when it is ready to access.
Tip: Notifications can be found under the My Account menu.
- You can build your collaboration team under the Collaboration Space menu by selecting Collaboration Teams.
- Select New Collaboration Team, give your team a name and choose Create.
- You can then add your team members.
- In the virtual toolbox, select the three-dot menu for the project or solution you want to share.
- Click Share with Collaboration Team.
- Select your Collaboration Team from the list or create a new collaboration team.
- Choose Share Collaboration.

- Under the Collaboration Space menu, select Machines.
- Click the Add Machine button.
- Enter your machine’s name and click Create.
- Then add your machine’s specifications.
- Select Solution Finder under the Collaboration Space menu.
- Follow along with the prompts to provide information about a workpiece feature.
- The Solution Finder will provide a list of recommended solutions tailored to the requirements.
- Select the result you would like to use, then click Add to Project.
