With its boric oxide binder, BN4000 offers the highest mechanical properties among all pure hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) products. This exceptional strength makes BN4000 ideal for a variety of electrical insulator and general-purpose applications. However, the hygroscopic nature of boric oxide means this material is susceptible to moisture absorption, which should be considered in its usage and storage.
