Features and benefits
- 平底钻,内冷性能。
- 针对应用类型设计的整体硬质合金钻,一次进刀即可完成两个操作:
1) 避免了在平底孔加工中使用 180° 立铣刀,或在斜面和曲面钻孔中的预备操作。
2) 在完全啮合后,即可可按照硬质合金钻的切削参数进行加工。 - 独特的 FB 钻尖设计,中心部位以上两个有效切削刃,可进行高进给加工。
- 在从外圆至中心加工时,可加工一个真正的平地孔。
- 四刃带设计可以确保满意的孔垂直度、孔圆度,以及孔对直度,即使在交叉孔加工中也是如此。
- 三种材质-槽型组合,可用于多数常见材料的加工。
