KenCut™ KS Keyway Milling Cutters

KenCut™ KS keyway milling cutters are the ideal solution to machine key slots for a shaft-to-hub connection. A radius transition between the floor and wall increases the component’s durability, preventing cracks from stress peaks. The KenCut KS design offers a true 90° wall straightness due to tapered peripheral edges - creating a defined passive force during finishing operations. Two-flute keyway cutters can be used in unstable machining conditions.  The three-flute keyway cutters offer unequally spaced flutes for chatter-free machining at high feed rates.
