Improve productivity and the bottom line
The Blue Box process makes it easy to ship tools to a Kennametal facility for reconditioning.
Follow these simple steps:
- Locate the reconditioning service center nearest you.
- Contact the service center and request a reusable Blue Box (if you don’t already have one). You also will be given an order authorization number to include with your shipment.
- Download a reconditioning request form from the Services section of the Kennametal website. Complete the form, carefully pack the tools into the Blue Box, and return the box to the reconditioning center.
- Leave the rest to us. Your tools will be reconditioned to like-new quality and returned to you.
